Private Event Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to hold your event reservation and will be applied toward your final bill. A 20% gratuity, along with applicable taxes and fees, will be added to all event bills. A room charge will apply if food and beverage minimums are not met. Please note that food and beverage minimums cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event or birthday party will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event or birthday party are non-refundable. Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation or refund. Events will proceed rain, snow, or shine unless otherwise determined by the venue. Pub Dog Colorado reserves the right to refuse service or end an event for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
